I wanted to do some pic of Mara that I was happy with, as a tribute. RIP, Mara Jade Skywalker.

So, I drew this back on Thanksgiving...and I've slowly been coloring it since. I still need to add her lightsaber to her belt, but I'm just too tired to care right now. Yup, wisdom teeth removal+vicodin+art=me being lazy and posting this before it's technically done. Meh. Title sucks, too. Oh well.

I think she got quite a lot of love, actually (see: massive amounts of FANGIRL RAAAAAAAGE when we found out she was killed off, yes I was one of them), it's just that the haters tend to be more vocal.

Hey I'm a guy and had rage over her being killed. what I mean is they never gave her enough canon love. We saw her in a few comics and some books.

And even then, she never had a lead role really.

i am not a huge fan of star wars.. but i gotta say. xD thats awesome.

and i LOVE how you gave her.. clothes. ¬…¬ .. that are clothing. and not just decoration. xD

Maybe the reason I insist on giving gals clothing that actually functions kinda like fabric and not like paint is because I am a chick myself.:XD:
